Forward Concept (FoCo) was founded by the husband and wife team of Monika & Michael Rais.
- Michael is currently employed as the VP of Software Development at a web technology company. He has 10 years of hands-on experience in the technology industry, with over 6 years of management experience. Michael's specialty is high level business oriented technical planning, strategy, and management.
- Monika has 15 years of combined experience, as an entrepreneur in the fields of retail, art, and marketing. Monika also has experience in site testing, and managing staff.
