About Us
Forward Concept (FoCo) was recently founded by the husband & wife team of Monika & Michael Rais. We’re a small shop, but between us we have broad experience in the technology industry, and with the needs of growing companies.
- Monika is the FoCo’s primary consultant, and is currently retained by FoCo’s first clients, while focusing on growing the company. Monika has 15 years of combined experience, as an entrepreneur in the fields of retail, art, and marketing. Monika also has experience in site testing, and managing staff.
- Michael is currently employed as a software development director at a web technology company. His has 10 years of hands-on experience in the technology industry, with over 6 years of management experience. Michael's specialty is managing technology, and technical staff. At FoCo he functions in an advisory role.
About Our Vision
Our vision for Forward Concept is to offer a staffing model that provides sorely needed services to growing companies, in a way that’s family friendly to local resources. Companies who retain our service gain staffing bandwidth on call. Meanwhile, our retained staff maintains overhead for availability, and otherwise preserves important time for family, and/or personal projects.
Forward Concept believes;

- In the age of serial outsourcing, utilizing local staff who are available for onsite work, is important for any company, and for the economy.
- One shouldn’t offer medicine to others, that they haven’t tried themselves.
